These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PPL (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

PPL provides workout tracking and related subscription features.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions

Pro subscription is offered at $25 per year (or local equivalent where applicable) and is billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Billing and refunds

Billing, renewal timing, and refunds are handled by your platform provider (Apple or Google) according to their policies.

Health and safety disclaimer

PPL is for informational and tracking purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing any training program.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPL is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
